Yoga has been life-changing for me, and I’m passionate about sharing its benefits with you. My teaching blends warmth, authenticity, and clear guidance, so you feel safe, encouraged, and inspired each time you step onto the mat.
As an Online Temple Yogi, you’ll get access to a library of curated classes from energising 30–45 minute Yoga Flows to calming Stretch + Restore sessions designed to strengthen your body, settle your mind, and bring balance to your day.

Online Student
As an Online Temple Yogi, you’ll have full access to the Members Area your space to practice anytime, anywhere. You can choose from energising Active Yoga Flow classes or calming Gentle Stretch + Restore sessions, depending on what you need each day.
This is an ongoing monthly membership, created to support you in building a consistent and nourishing practice at home.
To access your video library in the future, simply head to the Temple Yoga Perth website, click Log In, and you’ll find the Members Area waiting for you.

Classes
Online classes range from 30 to 45 minutes and are a carefully curated collection, just like the lovingly created offerings we share in the studio. Each series follows a 4-part theme, giving us the chance to build gradually, exploring postures, breathwork, and meditation in a way that feels both supportive and progressive.
In the online library, you’ll find a blend of Active Yoga Flows to build strength, stability, and energy, Gentle Stretch + Restore sessions to release tension and calm the nervous system, and short workshops to help you refine poses and discover modifications that make your practice truly your own.
