This gentle class combines restorative stretches with guided meditation, creating the perfect pause at the end of your day.

Set against the beauty of Perth’s northern beaches, we’ll move slowly through grounding stretches to release tension, open the body, and prepare for stillness. The practice closes with soothing breathwork and meditation, leaving you feeling relaxed, centred, and recharged.

This class is suitable for all levels , no yoga experience needed. Simply bring a mat, something warm for relaxation time, and a willingness to slow down and reconnect.

What’s your style?

“Yoga Flow” – Hatha Vinyasa Yoga

Why I love it?
Ooo I love this form of yoga. I love that it is a dynamic, flexible and adaptable practice that caters for you and where you are at. I feel like this style matches my personality. I can be energetic and allowed to laugh but also chill out completely. I will always create a fun, light and encouraging environment. I love curating the perfect playlist for each class too and incorporate essential oils and adjustments in the final resting posture (savasana).

What is it?
You may have heard of Yoga Flow, this is it! This is an athletic flowing form of yoga which knits together traditional Hatha yoga postures in a fluid sequence. I like to say that you will sweat, find your peace and leave feeling like you have built strength , opened up your body and quietened your mind. Each movement is connected with the flow of your breath. I always open with breathwork and a short meditation. Please see the schedule for classes and workshops.

Stretch & Restore

Why I love it?
I love holding a peaceful and safe space for you to really relax and let go in my Stretch+Restore classes. This is not about pumping up the muscles but rather slowing down and releasing tension. I love incorporating essential oils and creating a serene atmosphere with soothing music.

What is it?
Yin takes a slow approach to opening your body, working through releasing tension in your soft tissues and works deeply into your connective tissue. You will find space in your body as you release and let go. Each pose is usually held for a minimum of 2 minutes.

Mindfulness and Breathwork

Why I love it?
This has been life changing for me. I discovered how to shift all the muk and find the peace that is already inside. I found that breath really is like love notes for your body! Harnessing the power of your breath can bring your mind and emotions into a calm state. I have taught meditation, mindfulness and breathwork in many different settings from corporate offices, my weekly yoga classes to specialized workshops and retreats.

What is it?
Meditation is yoga. Yoga means union, uniting your mind, body and spirit. Each class will have a component of turning inward and quietening our mind. Just like physical postures of yoga this is also a practice. Jump on and discover “Your Space” where I will guide you through a range of online meditations. Pranayama, breathwork is a powerful vehicle in our yoga practice. I will support you to harness the power of conscious breath to quieten your mind and to bring physiological change. You will activate your parasympathetic nervous system reducing the production of cortisol. Reducing stress in your body and supporting your body to find peace and calm.
